Author Instructions

All submissions must be original and should not have been previously accepted for publication in any journal, including any online journal, and must be written in English. Prospective authors are invited to submit full paper (between 6000-8000 words, including an abstract, references, tables, figures or charts) for presentation following this format:

• Title, name of author(s), affiliation
• Abstract (not more than 200 words)
• Times New Roman 12 point font, double-spacing, 1 inch margin around the pages
• Use APA style for references (please visit www.apa.org for details)
